The CENTURY 21 Art Bartlett 2100 Cup, which is only given to one company annually, is the most prestigious company award in the CENTURY 21 System. Before an audience of more than 5,000 CENTURY 21 System members from around the world, Kunz presented the 2007 CENTURY 21 Art Bartlett 2100 Cup award to Derrick and Taylor as part of a special onstage presentation during the CENTURY 21 International Convention held at the Mandalay Bay Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas.

Derrick is a visionary who has 35 years of real estate under his belt. He is a passionate fundraiser for Children’s Hospital and March of Dimes and was honored as one of the 2006 Volunteers of the Year. In addition, the state’s Governor also presented him with the Order of the Palmetto Award for service in his community, region and state. His partner, Mike Taylor entered into real estate in 1991, opened his own company several years later and then joined CENTURY 21 Bob Capes Realtors in 2001. Mike has developed several residential communities and greatly contributes to the company’s growing success. He is also a strong proponent of giving back to those in need and is an honored member of the state board of Easter Seals.
